8.1.3 server
Note
This is a server that provides web ++
It in my mind should not have files in appdata as the user installing the server is not the user running the studio server which can be set a some local or admin account
We do what has been mentioned, ie cut the files from app data to the install but 8.1.3 forces this extra step.
Anyway good to know that is is not just our experience but the installer.
Thanks for all your comments.

If you don’t do the installer, and copy entire Omnis folders from one host to another, a I often do, you’re on your own and you will eventually need to also install the MS runtime using the proper MS installer for it, it all depends whether other software installed on your server have already silently install it for you or not.
