Posing a question for the good of the Omnis community – want to move to STACK EXCHANGE?

I’m game, and I can encourage my devs to move generic Omnis questions out of our proprietary channels to Stack Exchange.
May I recommend we simply tag questions as “omnis”?
I don’t think StackExchange and the list need to be exclusive. Building knowledge on Stack Overflow would help new developers get started by offering technical solutions. But the list enables community and “free” tech support for a commercial product. For example, the recent conversations with Das have, I believe, helped him get his app going and others have benefited from eavesdropping on the conversation. That conversation doesn’t fit the Stack Exchange model, but there needs to be a place to have it.
I don’t believe the proposal at hand should be “let’s move the list.” I believe it should be “let’s make an effort to put discrete, pointed, technical questions on Stack Exchange.” And we need to help remind and encourage each other to do that.
If we need a “How to post questions to Stack Exchange” guide, I’ll put one on omnis.ci.
Maybe I should re-brand omnis.ci as “developing with Omnis like it’s 2018”. 😉
