Printing the contents of an HTML control

Iv used wkhtmltopdf (wkhtmltopdf.org/index.html) for another non
omnis project, works very well.

Should not be too hard to get this working with html controls in Omnis. A
module like this is most likely something Omnis would use if they went down
the path of adding printing html content to the core.
