upgrade from OS X 8.5 (Mountain Lion) to 10.13 (High Sierra)

1) I will not attempt an upgrade of the mini from 8.5 to 10.13.
2) I will look into replacing the drives with SSD, but I won’t do the replacing myself! I’ll also look into upgrading from 8MB to 16MB memory.
